This book is very good and covers all corners of expression microarrays, however I got this book for genotyping SNP arrays and found the 'word' SNP appeared on the rear cover more times than it did in the text. So if you are interested in the nitty gitty of expression data buy it, but not if you want to know the finer details of SNP analysis. Having said that you can infer some information since SNP and expression arrays have areas in common.
