I gave this book 5 stars because it contains up-to-date information on chimps. If you already know the basics of this animal, then this book is a good purchase to expand your knowledge. It is ideal for university students taking a primate based module, or for the avid chimpanzee fan.

An enlightening read, 2007-07-12
This is an excellent book. It is well written and very difficult to put down! It is a very real story of an incredible woman who found her calling in life and did everything in her power to get where she wanted to be. Reading this book will give you a much deeper insight into the orangutans' world, including their social structure, behavour, details about the environment in which they live, as well as a compassionate understanding of the impact of humans on their species' future.
Highly recommended!!!
