Customer Reviews
Average rating of 5/5 Passed first time!, 2009-12-23
This short book provides good revision over most areas along with practice questions and common-sense tips, for example you CAN note down figures in the test. It doesn't provide timings for the mental arithmetic section, so be very disciplined, allow yourself 30 seconds to answer and do not refer back to the question. The statistical information section is very valid and questions of this nature appear in all the practice tests and the real one! Good luck!

Average rating of 5/5 Really good, 2009-11-24
I was failing the online tests - worked through this book - got a feel for teh types of question format, and passed 1st time...

Average rating of 5/5 very useful, 2010-07-12
a handy little book with everything you need to know summarised for you. small enough to carry around with you easily.

Average rating of 4/5 Good for improving ability to pass the numeracy skills test, 2010-07-09
A good book for those who are having a hard time with the numeracy skills test. Only criticism is a lack of quick techniques to answer questions given the timing constraint of the test.
All in all a comprehensive guide to practising for the test. Useful - although quite a few questions can be found on line for free directly from the TDA.

Average rating of 2/5 Not for me, 2010-06-03
There are so many good reviews of this book. I may be the odd one out but I actually really DON'T like it. I struggle with maths and this book is set out in a really clinical way. It is not user friendly and doesn't start from the lowest point for people who really struggle!
