As ever David latchman has provided an excellent review of the rapidly expanding field of eukaryotic gene regualtion. The basics are all covered here as well as newer information such as histone acetylatin control and the Swi-Snf complex. The book has been written so as to make the information easily accessible to both experts in the field and students. If you need to brush up on your transcriptional control mechanisms but don't have the time for a comprehensive literature review this is the book for you.
